Baking Industry Training College (BITC), established in 1993, is among the very few Approved Training Organization (ATO) that is Edutrust-certified (4 years) in Singapore. BITC trains over 500 students monthly in the Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) modules covering 19 courses in baking & culinary under SkillsFuture Singapore for the Food Services (FSS) sector.
BITC – School of Higher Education offers a wide range of higher education and training courses. Leaners can choose to specialize in patisserie and baking, hospitality, café operation /management, retail and supply chain management. BITC higher education courses incorporate an industrial attachment component to provide learners with valuable work exposure. The courses are specially designed to fulfil the aspirations of high school graduates and working adults.
In the pursuit to establish as a global centre of academic and training excellence, BITC has established a partnership with AVIS to offer the following courses. The courses are pending approval from MQA.
